CHAIRMAN

SAIRAM, a professional College with a strong commitment towards improving the rural economy through interventions in technology, practices and inputs was initiated by a group of like-minded people who believed that the future of Manipur is intertwined with Agriculture and Allied activities. With about 60% of the population dependent on Agriculture and Allied activities in the state, only when the rural economy bloom can our state achieve certain level of economical standard. It is with this belief that our students are trained to work in the field along with the farmers on the ground rather than being mere pen pushers. We hope to motivate them so that they can act as agents of change in the state.

We are having collaborations with some leading institutions to enable our students to get exposure to the latest technology, best practices, etc. so that they can not only better their future prospect but also help the state.

I do welcome all; including parents, students to join us in this endeavor for a fulfilling experience for a better future, especially for our students.
