South Asian Institute of Rural and Agricultural Management (SAIRAM) is an institute run by a non profit company South Asian Rural and Agricultural Management Foundation (SARAM). SARAM is registered with the Registrar of Companies, Shilong as a Section 8 company under The Companies Act, 2013.
The South Asian Institute of Rural and Agricultural Management was founded with the belief that the key to development of nation and world is the development of rural masses. Today, equitable development of the globe calls for fulfilling the unmet need of the rural masses, by providing with the best technology, methods and practices in the suitable hoslistic manner. This demands widespread exposure to knowledge, technology, best management pratices and professional skills and experience. The institute is commited in addressing this entire requirement in each pursuit.

To collaborate with professional, teaching and training institutes in India and abroad, particularly countries of East and South East Asia for the development od Agriculture and its allied areas, Management education, research extension activities, technology transfer, language expertise etc.
